How are prices set?
Malaz Gold sets the sell and buy price for each metal; you see them in the app with the time of the last update. An order executes at the price when our team approves it.
Are there fees?
The fee for each transaction is shown before you confirm it, so you know the final amount up front.
How do I top up my wallet?
Transfer the amount to Malaz Gold's bank account or InstaPay shown in the app and upload the receipt. Your balance is credited after our team reviews it.
How do I withdraw?
From the wallet choose Withdraw, pick how you want to receive it — bank account, InstaPay or mobile wallet — and confirm with your PIN.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Verification protects your account and stops anyone impersonating you; it's required before withdrawing, buying or selling.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from your profile in the app, once your balance is withdrawn, your metals are sold and no request is still open.
